Great apartment, lousy management

The location, building and apartment were great, as was the security, -- a fabulous view of the ocean, an amazing rooftop view, short walk to good restaurants (Palo de Carbon and Mangata especially) and cheap and easy cab ride to Old City.

The management company that handles this beautiful condo is incompetent. The announcement on Bookings.com promised it came with an iron, a safe and a washer-dryer. No iron, no safe and washer-dryer was broken. We were promised this all would be remedied within 24 hours, but during a 4-day stay no effort was made. Plus nobody cleaned our apartment during the stay, not even to empty the trash. Finally, we asked every day for a receipt, starting at check-in and ending at checkout, and were promised each time it would be upcoming within minutes. Instead, weeks later we ARE STILL WAITING FOR A WRITTEN BILL.

We really enjoyed our vacations and the appartement is one of the reason why we had an amazong time.

The beautiful view, the confort of the appartment and the pool. The safety of the building.

Hairs in the bathrooms. Only one dish towel and no cleaning cloth.

horrible, expensive for the conditions that they offer...

The swimming pool and the view only!

Appartment was dirty i talk to the manager of the apartment 3 times to clean the windows...neve came! We book a place for 3 persons, and it was only one bed and two towels….They said on the next day will solve the problem of the beds and bring more towels, never show up. One person was forced to sleep on a break sofa in 5 days without a bed linen. The view is great, the beaches are horrible, black sand and sometimes dirty...you can´t stay five minutes on the beach without being pressure by the local vendors….better to stay on the historical center.

Should be the cleanliness better and the linen is too poor. They should leave more amenities in the unit. The shower cabinets are not soap dish and a cup for the toothbrush.

Incredible. I loved this place.

The view, the shower,the built in washing machine,the terrace,walking distance to stores and restaurants,beds were comfortable.the pool was great. The security.

My room wasn't ready had to wait about 45 minutes in the room while having it cleaned. The wrong bed requirements were given to me. I received a full size bed and a twin size in the room when I requested a king. They exchanged my room the second day. No discount received. It's hard to get a hold of the owner. He doesn't return calls. Didn't show us how to use the appliances or TV. Batteries weren't working. Airconditioner was leaking heavily. The coffee pot was the wrong size.

I would stay here again only with certain exceptions

- Location Great - Apartment was spacious - Melina was great getting back with me in a Timely fashion - Beach-view great - Very Safe

- Door very hard to open - If you need room clean there is an extra fee - guest are only allowed up to 4am , if after that security is knocking on your door. - If you look closely on the kitchen counter and on the floor they're little small ants that was all over the apartment.

Took over an hour to check in because staff couldn't find the keys Were not provided with enough towels for people in our group. Pool was unavailable on the second morning of our stay (Sunday).

The view is amazing.

A vacation Is about being comfortable need to invest in better beds those beds feel like marble floors way too hard and uncomfortable that would make me rate the whole experience of the nice apartment very low.
